Birmingham 6

The Birmingham 6 were a group of men who were sentenced to life imprisonment in 1975 in the UK for the Birmingham pub bombings. Their conviction is seen throughout the world as the epitome of a "justice system gone wrong." These men, all Roman Catholics were stopped while they were on way to a funeral in Belfast for a friend [incidentally an IRA member.] Their conviction was overturned on the 14 of March 1991, these men never received an apology, nor anything that would put the Birmingham CID or the justice system in the wrong.




Birmingham 6 [the band] was formed in response to this injustice, to fight against [not only this injustice] but to all that is going around the world. Ive always believed that there is a vast majority of Industrial music that is meaningless, some groups have no content behind what they create. Birmingham 6, break those stereotypes- here are a few of their songs, ill let you decide.

The mention of Maynard James Keenan should immeadtely bring to mind Tool and A Perfect Circle (Which has been posted before); his name is synonymous with sublimity, which wields a significant amount of power to shake your very foundations of norms.
